Our family has loved this girl from the day she was born. We always knew she was special. Kind, selfless, funny, and thoughtful. She’s the first to give of herself and never thinking of anything in return. From her infectious belly laugh to her impeccable impressions—to this day, Katie is the one who makes us laugh until it hurts, but also the one who comforts us when we cry. We love her more than words could ever describe.
I will always remember Dan as the pink-haired drummer we called “Danimal” in high school. We are so happy they’ve found one another and continued a loving friendship that has blossomed into a marriage.
It was a first for us to be in the wedding and photograph the wedding. And it was so much fun.
Katie, thank you for giving meaning to the word sister and sharing the last 27 years with me. We love you both and wish you happily ever after.
